Vidruma is a clothing brand based in India. All our products are ready-to-ship and can be purchased online through prepaid payment methods or cash on delivery.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Orders

  • All items listed are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

4. Payments

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Prepaid orders via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Your payment information is securely processed by Razorpay.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmation.

  • Shipping charges are applicable and will be displayed during checkout.

  • We currently ship only within India.

6. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once delivered.
 Refunds are not applicable unless a product is damaged or defective upon delivery (to be assessed on a case-by-case basis).

In such rare cases:

  • Customers must raise the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed if the product has already been dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Vidruma.
 Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vidruma shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
