1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India. We deliver to most cities and towns through our trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Charges

• We charge a flat ₹50 shipping fee on all orders.
  

• Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1000.

  • Orders with a total value above ₹1000, or

  • Purchases of more than 2 items in a single order

• Shipping rates may vary slightly depending on your location.
  
  

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
  

• If your order is placed before 2 PM, we offer same-day dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and/or email. You can use this ID to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or through the link provided.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

• Lost in transit
  

• Damaged upon arrival
