You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged.
Wrong Item Delivered: If the wrong product is delivered to you.
To request a refund, please contact us within 1 day from the date of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to process any refund requests.
Refunds will be processed through Razorpay payment reversal to the original payment method used for the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
The tags must be intact and the packaging must be unopened.

For eligible refund requests, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we will process the refund.
At this time, all items purchased from Vidruma are eligible for a refund under the conditions listed above. There are no non-refundable items in our store.
